Arc'teryx Equipment is a luxury outdoor sports apparel and equipment retailer, which specializes in creating functional technical apparel with an emphasis on design, for sports such as climbing, hiking, trail running, and mountaineering.
As a local Marketing Lead I conceptualized and managed local marketing initiatives for Arc'teryx Equipment's Toronto brand store. One of my main responsibilities included collaborating with the GTA marketing team to conceptualize and execute local events which brought together the Toronto outdoor community, as well as boosted our brand recognition, resonance, and sales. I brought HQ mandated campaigns into the local space, personalizing them to resonate with our Toronto consumer, and connected with local businesses and organizations to form partnerships which enriched our events and supplemented our community presence. Other responsibilities included managing the Toronto social media account, creating posts, curating content from our local contributors and conceptualizing digital campaigns which inspired our community and grew our following. Through this amazing opportunity I was able to grow my skills in event marketing and planning, social media management, partnership management, and campaign conception and ideation.
